PRICE AND SCOPE
What you can try
The catalog shows location names and area summaries. After settlement, the contract returns the selected floor and fictional Japanese and English address snapshots.
A virtual floor is a contract identifier, not a physical building floor. Floors held by another active contract or payment reservation are unavailable.
Use an external x402-compatible wallet client. Never send wallet private keys to this service or paste them into a chat.

FAQ
Before you start
Can I receive real mail?
No. Devnet is a fictional-address experience and never accepts real mail, even after a test identity-verification approval.
Do I need identity verification?
No identity verification or forwarding destination is required for the Devnet experience. If testing the verification integration, use test data only. Revocation suspends all contracts for that owner and prevents new purchases.
Can I renew or prepay?
Each distinct fixed-price payment adds 30 days. An active contract is extended from its current end date. An eligible expired contract starts a new 30-day period from settlement. Arbitrary deposits and stored balances are not supported.
How does my agent receive updates?
Read the owner-bound 90-day event Inbox using GET /v1/agent-events or list_events. An authorized Agent can register a verified HTTPS webhook as a wake-up signal. Delivery may repeat; consult the Inbox and current resource APIs for the authoritative state.
What is different on Mainnet?
Mainnet uses 55 USDC per location and virtual floor for 30 days and provides real Japanese address contracts and eligible mail receipt/holding. It is a separate environment. Forwarding is scheduled for November 1, 2026, subject to production KYC, a contract-specific destination and release conditions. Devnet never provides forwarding.
Where are the test support and verification screens?
Devnet support (Japanese) · Devnet verification test (Japanese). Do not enter real identity documents or sensitive personal information.
Keep testing separate from production
Devnet remains available for fictional-address workflows. SNS issuance is not yet available. For Mainnet terms and service details, see the production site.
